Your email address; a securely hashed version of your password (we cannot read your password); the text prompts you submit; the videos generated for you; your balance and payment records (order numbers and amounts). We do not collect or store your cryptocurrency wallet details.
To run your account, generate and deliver videos, process payments, prevent abuse and fraud, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data.
To operate the Service we share data with: Replicate (AI model hosting; receives your prompts to generate videos), Plisio (cryptocurrency payment processing; receives your email and order amount), and Cloudflare (website hosting and traffic delivery). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Generated videos are stored for about 30 days and then deleted. Account data and prompt history are kept while your account exists. Payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute purposes.
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to delete your account and associated data, or to provide a copy of your data, by contacting us. Residents of some regions (for example California, the EU and the UK) have additional rights under local law, which we will honor as required.
The Service is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
