Core Video Generation Studio (the "Service") lets you create short AI-generated videos from text prompts. Videos are produced by third-party AI models. Results are generated automatically and may be unpredictable, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Provide a valid email address.
The Service uses a prepaid balance, topped up with cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Each video generation deducts the price shown on the site. If a generation fails, the amount is returned to your balance automatically. Apart from that, top-ups are non-refundable, and cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed. Balances have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Prices may change; the price shown at the time you start a generation applies.
You may not use the Service to create content that: is illegal; sexualizes minors in any way; depicts real people in a sexual, deceptive or defamatory way without their consent; promotes violence, terrorism or hatred; harasses or threatens others; or infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy. We may block prompts, remove content, suspend or close accounts that violate these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities. Attempts to abuse, overload or attack the Service are prohibited.
You keep the rights you have in your prompts. As between you and us, you may use the videos you generate, subject to the licenses of the underlying AI models and to applicable law. You are responsible for how you use the videos. We store generated videos for about 30 days; download anything you want to keep.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific results, or that videos will be available after the storage period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
